TVS is a credit risk reporting agency with clients throughout the USA and Canada. For 12 years, Lampminds developed, maintained, and managed the online system in which property owners would accredit themselves in the system and obtain credit risk reports (payment history, banking information, evictions, and judgments) for their potential tenants. The system had APIs that allowed TVS to retrieve reports from the major North American databases (Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, Lexis Nexis) in real-time. The system was developed in PHP with MySQL databases.
